Share a cap table snapshot with an investor

Seals the confirmed cap table as of a date (today by default) for one investor, a party: a PDF/A-2b statement with the instance's certificate and the same ledger as an OCF 1.2.0 file, shared through a named link that allows downloading. The investor checks the statement at /verify. An officer shares it with a passkey; an agent's or API key's call waits for an officer's approval. Needs the company's formation date and LibreOffice on the instance.
