Drafts a setup line, Unconfirmed until an officer confirms it: a share class (authorized shares, par value, a preferred class's conversion ratio and its liquidation terms as text, never used in math), an option plan with its reserve, a pool change to a plan, or a 409A valuation as the provider's report gives it. Pass the certificate of incorporation, consent or report as document_id once it's uploaded.
