See who owns what

The cap table as of a date (today by default): fully diluted and outstanding totals, by holder, by class and by option plan, from confirmed entries unless include_unconfirmed, with SAFEs from the register beside them. Shares are integers; percentages are decimal strings rounded half to even. entries holds the lines waiting for an officer, each with its facts and documents; detail "full" lists every line. include "check" adds the records check before a priced round; "register" adds the SAFE register, every executed SAFE and whether an officer confirmed it.
