Tournament/league outright specials for a sport
Lists outright/futures specials that are NOT tied to a single match — e.g. "FIFA - World Cup 2026 Winner", group winners, league/cup winners. Pinnacle delivers these with no parent event, so they have no event_id and never appear in /api/specials/fixtures (which is keyed on event_id). One row per contestant.
Workflow: call this to discover the special_id for an outright, then fetch its prices via /api/specials/odds?special_id=<id> (event_id not needed). Enterprise tier and above.
Response fields: same shape as /api/specials/fixtures — special_id groups the contestants, contestant_id/contestant_name is each selection (e.g. a team), special_name is the market (e.g. "FIFA - World Cup 2026 Winner"), cutoff is the wagering deadline. event_id/period/runner_home/runner_away are null for outrights.
