Renew Crypto Checkout

One-click renewal: looks up the key's last paid crypto order for tier/term, creates a fresh invoice tied back to the same key, and redirects to the hosted NOWPayments page. The link carries one of the key's crypto order_ids (random, not a credential) so the API key never lands in URL or access logs; key= is honoured for links emailed before the change.
