Special/prop closing odds with true odds + outcomes

Final odds before kickoff for each contestant in a special. One row per contestant.

Same as specials/opening plus contestant_outcome — the settlement result (e.g. "Won", "Lost", "Push"). Use this to evaluate specials CLV or build settlement-aware models.
