Closing line value (CLV) and expected win for a single bet
Given a bet description (no event_id needed), finds the matching Pinnacle event via fuzzy name + time matching, then returns Pinnacle closing odds, true (de-vigged) closing odds, expected win and CLV.
Line convention: pass the line from your bet's perspective.
- "Lakers -3.5" → line=-3.5 selection=home
- "Celtics +3.5" (away getting points) → line=3.5 selection=away
- "Over 220.5" → line=220.5 selection=over
Formulas:
- clv = bet_price / true_closing_odds - 1
- expected_win = bet_stake * clv
Event matching: Returns 404 if no candidate is found.
