Get Changelog
Generate changelog from completed tasks.
Groups completed tasks by type (Features, Fixes, etc.) and formats as markdown changelog.
Args: request: FastAPI request. days: Number of days to include (default 30).
Returns: Dict with 'markdown' key containing changelog text.
