?anchors=pubkey1,pubkey2,... (added 2026-07-23): optional comma-separated list of attester pubkey_hex values the CALLER trusts as independent. When present, reputation_axis's attestationCountNeff/independence_adjusted_diversity are recomputed rooted in that set instead of our own global attester population -- see _reputation_axis()'s docstring. Omit entirely to get today's unchanged global-default behavior.
