Validate Mfa Setup

Validate and activate Multi-Factor Authentication setup.

Verifies the TOTP code from the authenticator app to confirm proper setup. Once validated, MFA becomes active and required for future logins. Code expires every 30 seconds - use current code from authenticator app.
