Get credit usage grouped by chatbot for a specific month.

Returns total consumption per MultiLayer LLM chatbot (name, mode, total credits). Only includes multi_layer_llm credit type usage.

Optional workspace_uuid scopes the breakdown to chatbots used in that workspace.
