Get day-by-day credit usage breakdown for a specific month.

Returns daily processing credit usage (broken down by type) and daily API usage (with success/error counts).

Optional workspace_uuid scopes processing breakdown to a specific workspace. API breakdown returns empty array in workspace-scoped mode (not workspace-tracked).
