Delete authenticated user

Permanently deletes the authenticated user's account. The deletion is performed synchronously and the access token is immediately invalidated upon success. Cognito JWTs and Aura Historia access tokens are accepted; delegated access tokens require users:write. The last active administrator cannot be deleted.
