List Aura Historia access tokens

Changed on

Lists all of the authenticated user's persisted Aura Historia access tokens, including expired and current tokens. The response contains secret-free metadata only. It does not return plaintext or masked token values. Accepts Cognito access JWTs or Aura Historia opaque bearer access tokens. Aura Historia access tokens require the delegated access-tokens:read capability.
