Update an Aura Historia access token

Changed on

Updates metadata for one access token owned by the authenticated user. Omitted properties remain unchanged; expires: null clears expiry. name and scopes reject null; use scopes: [] to clear scopes. The response contains secret-free metadata only and never returns plaintext or masked token values. Accepts Cognito access JWTs or Aura Historia opaque bearer access tokens. Aura Historia access tokens require the delegated access-tokens:write capability.

Optional RFC3339 expiration timestamp; omitted when the token does not expire and returned for expired and current tokens.
