Create a Party as admin

Delegated Aura access tokens require parties:write; missing scope returns 403 FORBIDDEN. Creates a Party for an authenticated administrator.

The request accepts only the Party name and optional phone/email contact information. Party names trim outer Unicode whitespace, reject blank values, and reject values over 255 UTF-8 bytes. The Party slug is generated once from the canonical name and stable Party ID; it remains immutable if the Party is renamed later.
