Inbound Reply

SendGrid Inbound Parse: one human reply to something the rail sent.

Parse POSTs multipart form fields (from, to, subject, text, html, headers), not JSON. Answers 200 for anything it can read, because Parse discards a message after repeated non-2xx responses and a dropped reply is a lost lead.

Not IMAP, deliberately: 23 of the estate's 25 Titan mailboxes refuse third-party login, so a reply rail built on reading those boxes is one that mostly cannot run. This path needs no mailbox credential and cannot be switched off per-mailbox.
