Self-serve Stripe Billing Portal session (manage/cancel/update card). 2026-08-05: customers could subscribe but had NO path to manage or cancel — a churn/chargeback and EU-compliance surface. Comped accounts (stripe_customer_id NULL) have nothing to manage -> clear 404.
