GDPR/CCPA erasure. Deletes the account; FK cascades remove entitlements, subscriptions, billing customer + reset tokens. Onboarding submissions (signed NDAs) are FK SET NULL -> retained de-linked as legal records (Art.17(3) legal-obligation exception).
