Withdraw a release
Unship a release. If it was the channel's current one, the newest superseded release on that channel whose version is still active is promoted back — a channel with nothing current on it breaks every consumer that resolves it. An archived or blocked version is never restored; if no recent release qualifies, the channel is left with nothing current. That is the opposite of POST …/archive, which retires every release of the line and restores nothing.
A pending release may be withdrawn too. It never shipped, so nothing is promoted back.
Requires manage on the artifact's workspace, or update plus being the artifact's owner.
