releases

List one artifact's release history

Newest first, every status included — withdrawn among them, because a shipping record that hid its own retractions would be the wrong record.

The shared list grammar, as on GET /releases: filter, sort, limit (default 50, clamped to 500), offset and count=false. A line seeded by the release migration has one row per version it ever had.

One artifact under one read receipt, so the page is exact at any membership size and is_truncated is always false.

is_truncatedboolean required

true when the caller's readable workspaces were cut at the lookup cap, so items and page.total are a floor rather than everything the caller may read.
