On demand only (perf(projects-cron), PLAN-perf.md E3) — what GET /projects/{id} and GET /projects/{id}/wiki/{pageId} no longer carry per revision (see ProjectWikiRevisionSummary). Same 404-not-403 rule as the rest of the wiki.
