Islamic Fasting Days (أيام الصيام) (伊斯蘭齋戒日)

THE ISLAMIC FASTING DAYS — the practice layer of the Muslim year, queryable per date: Ramadan the obligatory month; the AYYAM AL-BID (the white days, 13–15 of every lunar month); the Monday and Thursday sunnah; Ashura with Tasu'a; the Day of Arafah for non-pilgrims; the first nine of Dhu al-Hijjah; the six of Shawwal served honestly as the month-long WINDOW the practice is — and the five days on which fasting is FORBIDDEN by consensus: the two Eids and the three tashreeq days. ONLY THE CONCORDANT BASICS ARE RULED; the genuinely school-variable questions — Friday or Saturday alone, late Sha'ban, and the day of doubt — are DISCLOSED, never adjudicated, with the payload's own insight that the yawm al-shakk is precisely a SIGHTING ARTIFACT: the civil table never contains a 30 Sha'ban at all. Rides the tabular Hijri engine and inherits (and repeats) its moon-sighting disclosure; the Gregorian→Hijri inverse is built purely from the engine's EXPORTED functions — epoch derived by round-trip, no constants copied — and proven by a thirty-year round-trip law at load. NOT A FATWA, stated in every payload. Islamic becomes 6. Pure compute, no LLM.
