Patch Intraop Form

Autosave endpoint: merges supplied fields into the form blob.

Pass-4 status-aware role gating (PRD §4.2):

  • status in {NEW, IN_PROGRESS, REOPENED} → rn_coordinator
  • status == READY_FOR_SURGEON_REVIEW → surgeon
  • status == LOCKED → 409 (admin REOPEN required)
