Add a bundle of certificates to an environment's truststore

Uploads a ZIP of certificate files (or a single one) and registers each as a Certificate in this project for the given environment, which is what makes that environment trust them. Each entry's file name becomes the certificate name and alias. Entries that already exist under the same name are replaced for that environment; their other environments are untouched.
