Auto-detect inbound payment by polling the chain's indexer/mirror node.

Supports all chains:

  • Algorand/VOI: queries indexer /v2/transactions?address=...&note-prefix=...
  • Hedera: queries Mirror Node /api/v1/transactions?account.id=...

Returns {"found": true, "tx_id": "..."} when detected, or {"found": false}.
