PPSR watch status for an evaluation
AU keys only. Reports whether security-interest details changed since a PPSR / Car History run, without paying for a new search. PPSR monitors each completed search for 14 days. Free to poll.
Top-level WatchStatus is the most noteworthy across all checks, in order: changed, expired, watching, unchanged, disabled, not_watched. Written-off / stolen changes are not reported — run a new search. Once a check is changed or expired it does not change again; run /ppsrsearch to start a fresh 14-day watch.

Headers
Rooftop to act as. Value is the dealer's uid (not the numeric DealerID). Required on a multi-rooftop partner key; ignored when the key is already bound to a single dealer.
