Upload an evaluation photo
Attach an image to an existing EvalID. One file per request — call it once per photo.
Display order is order when supplied, otherwise oldest timestamp, otherwise upload time. order is not unique and nothing renumbers: uploading order: 2 when another photo already holds 2 leaves a tie, broken by upload time then image id. To get a guaranteed sequence, upload the photos and then send the full list to /imageorder.
hero: 1 (alias firstPic: 1) pins this photo as the hero permanently. Without it the hero is the first photo in display order — see the Photo schema for how hero resolves.
Multiple files in one request are accepted only when neither order nor hero is set, because both apply to the request rather than to an individual file. Sending either alongside several files returns 400 rather than applying it to an arbitrary one.

Headers
Rooftop to act as. Value is the dealer's uid (not the numeric DealerID). Required on a multi-rooftop partner key; ignored when the key is already bound to a single dealer.
Response
Image stored. CarPics is the evaluation's full photo list in display order, including the photo just added. Note this is the raw internal row rather than the Photo projection — use /imagelist for the documented shape.
