List an evaluation's photos
The photos on an evaluation, in display order. Use it to get the image ids that /imageorder and /imagehero take.
Works at any stage — unlike /geteval, the evaluation does not need to be Complete, so this is the endpoint to call while photos are still being captured.
A POST because it reads like /geteval does, not because it changes anything.

Rooftop to act as. Value is the dealer's uid (not the numeric DealerID). Required on a multi-rooftop partner key; ignored when the key is already bound to a single dealer.
