List completed evaluations for the authenticated dealer group. startdate / enddate are Unix seconds in UTC compared against EntryDate (also stored UTC). Omit enddate to include the most recent. Do not send from / to date strings.

Rooftop to act as. Value is the dealer's uid (not the numeric DealerID). Required on a multi-rooftop partner key; ignored when the key is already bound to a single dealer.

Unix timestamp (UTC seconds). Exclusive upper bound. Omit for the most recent.

Restrict to one salesperson by user id or email
