Get Campground Maps

Return the campground's site maps + per-site pixel coordinates.

Used by the mobile app's interactive site picker. Capability-gated on Platform.has_site_map (TRUE for GoingToCamp providers, FALSE for SEPAQ). Returns 404 for campgrounds whose platform does not expose spatial data.
