List Park Campgrounds

List a park's campgrounds (v1 — frozen at the pre-Backcountry-Zone surface). Excludes Parks Canada Backcountry-Zone (bcat=7) campgrounds so shipped builds that predate the zone booking prefills never render a dead-end card. Current mobile calls /api/v3/parks/{id}/campgrounds (returns them). Public, no auth.
