Get Skill Version Endpoint
Retrieve a specific version's content.
By default returns that version's SKILL.md manifest as text/markdown. With full_content=true returns all files of that version packaged as an application/zip archive. Mirrors GET /v1/skills/{skill_id} but pinned to the requested version rather than the skill's default.
