Get Skill Endpoint
Retrieve a skill's content by ID.
Always serves the skill's default_version: by default its SKILL.md manifest as text/markdown, or — with full_content=true — all files of the default version packaged as an application/zip archive. Use GET /v1/skills/{skill_id}/versions/{version} to fetch a specific version's content.
