Workbook Round-Trip Verify

Loads a Spreadsheet Input Manifest for a run (WORKBOOK-1-BUILD-SPEC.md WB-2), surfaces the ranges to recompute in Excel, accepts a pasted range or CSV back per range, and produces a match/mismatch round-trip receipt (WORKBOOK-ROUNDTRIP-BUILD-SPEC.md XLR-1) naming every diverging cell. Reuses the WB-1 CSV parser and range digest; no second engine.
