Parses a plain-text-accounting journal (hledger/Beancount-style, synthetic) locally, validates double-entry balance and any inline balance assertions, computes an RFC 6962 Merkle root over the parsed transactions, and emits an AINumbers Evidence Envelope v0.1 receipt. Mirrors the art-653 verification kernel. Zero network calls.
