Export Fidelity Checker

Given an exported xlsx/csv/pdf/xbrl/vc rendering and the canonical OCG v0.4 receipt it claims to come from, extracts the export's embedded binding (tool_id/execution_hash/chaingraph_version/compute_mode/keyid) and compares it field-by-field to the receipt, then deterministically re-renders the export from the receipt using the same shipped exporter and byte-compares. Also reports the receipt's §23 input_attestations (pointer resolution + digest binding). Zero network calls anywhere in the tool.
