Deterministic rights-matrix lookup mapping creator answers (commercial, exclusivity, no-hate variant) to one of a16z's six Can't Be Evil NFT licenses (launch names CBE-CC0, ECR, NECR, NECR-HS, PR, PR-HS; current on-chain names PUBLIC through PERSONAL_NO_HATE, renamed in place October 2022, order unchanged). Returns license id, both on-chain enum names, Solidity LicenseVersion enum ordinal, full rights matrix verified against the canonical Arweave license texts, and canonical Arweave license URIs (current and legacy manifests, equivalent per index).
