Standing constructs with verdict_assessment (a named string projection; verdict is reserved for the canonical object) and checkable adoption methodology. A missing, stale, or pre-ratification-only corpus scan is status unscanned with recent_usage and methodology.computed_at null, never recent_usage 0. methodology.coverage carries ratified_at, observed_until, last_observation_at, derived valid_until, status, and post_ratification; no stored fresh boolean is served.
