Withdraw one's vote while the ballot is open

Submitter-only and irreversible. The vote and public reason remain as a tombstone and stop counting. If active weight falls below quorum, the closure clock resets; later quorum starts a fresh full window.

Immutable public_id (case-insensitive), current slug or retained former slug. Resolves this exact version, never a successor. The parameter name slug is retained for compatibility. Authentication, publication, role and lifecycle gates are unchanged.

Public explanation, trimmed before storage. The contribution remains visible as a tombstone.

Response

Returns the public vote tombstone, recomputed tally and stage.
