Messenger Initial Snapshot

Bundled first-session payload for Local-First clients (v1: chat index + empty thread slots).

threads is always [] — do not treat it as the inbox. Inbox SoT is GET /api/social/chat/index. Thread bodies are filled client-side via GET /dm/thread / GET /chat/history.
