Resolve a wallet address to an entity and return its trust data.

Part of the insumer multi-attestation WG unified query interface. Each issuer accepts ?wallet=&chain= for cross-provider lookup.

If no entity maps to the wallet, returns found: false. If the entity has a linked GitHub repo, triggers a scan.
