Adoption / engagement score — DISTINCT from the trust grade.

Adoption answers "do real, independent parties rely on this?"; the trust letter answers "is it safe?". This endpoint never returns or affects the trust grade — it is a separate score with its own tier and "rising" vs "established" badge. First-party raw counts are kept internal; the published formula and per-axis breakdown are returned. Fail-open across every source.
