Cells are "done" when the user attended an activity in that category this ISO week. "near" when they have an upcoming activity in that category within 7 days. "empty" otherwise.

Also returns: week strip (Mon–Sun), next 2 coming-up activities, bingo badge, nudge, and optional cheer card.
