List Places

Return decision-useful Place cards for the Places discovery page.

The first Places UI only received identity fields, which forced it to render anonymous directory boxes and a meaningless empty rating. This response deliberately adds living signals (next activity, capability, capacity and distance) while keeping the payload small enough for a list.
