Patch Place Readiness

Owner / admin write.

Auth: signed-in caller must be the claimed owner of the venue (claimed_by_user_id) OR a platform admin (User.platform_role IN ('admin','superuser')). Any other caller hits 403.

Body shape: { "parking_notes": "...", "entrance_notes": "...", ... } Unknown fields are ignored. Empty strings clear the field. NULL leaves it untouched.
