Set My Venue Reflection Permission
Set or update the signed-in user's reflection permission for a venue.
Three states: 'opt_out' — venue does NOT show your moments. Default. 'public_safe_only' — venue may show only the public_safe version of your moments tagged at this venue. 'allow_full' — venue may show your full moment text (still subject to your audience choice on each moment).
Switching back to 'opt_out' soft-revokes the row (sets revoked_at) so the audit trail of consent transitions is preserved.
