List Moments

Multi-lens list endpoint. Query params determine the lens; visibility engine determines what passes through. With NO filter and a signed-in user, defaults to 'my moments' (your own posts).

Experience upgrade 2026-07-19: lens=connections narrows the ACTIVITY lens to moments authored by the viewer's accepted connections (canonical union — services/connections_read), filtered SERVER-side so hidden content is never shipped and mis-paginated on the client. The visibility engine still applies on top.
