Confirm Booking Payment

Called when Stripe redirects back. Verifies payment and confirms booking.

Phase 0+1 — LEGACY COMPATIBILITY ONLY. This handler operates on the in-memory _bookings dict because POST /book is parked at 503. It works only for bookings created earlier in the same backend process lifetime — which in practice means almost never. Kept so any in-flight Stripe redirects from before this deploy don't 404. Phase 0.5 makes this DB-backed and durable.
