Revoke Guardian Link

Revoke a guardian-child link.

2026-05-27 — P0 child-safety hardening. Under-18 callers cannot remove their guardian through this endpoint. The directive requires guardian removal initiated by a child to flow through a protected safety-review path (guardian_removal_request). Until that protected flow ships, child-initiated removal returns 403 with a structured payload pointing the FE at the safety contact route. Guardian-initiated removal (adult-verified) still works.
